Licensed Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinician

Part-Time to Full-Time
York, PA · Primarily In-Person
Limited Telehealth Available
We’re looking for compassionate clinicians who want the flexibility to shape a caseload around their interests and availability.
The minimum commitment is four client hours per week, with room to grow into a larger part-time or full-time caseload. Clinicians are asked to offer at least one evening and/or weekend availability, and preference is given to therapists interested in primarily onsite work from our York office.

CLINICAL WORK AT TIDES OF CHANGE
Your expertise belongs in the room.
Depending on your interests and training, clinicians may provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling.
Our team uses evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Play Therapy, and other modalities consistent with each clinician’s training and expertise. Clinicians are also expected to provide culturally responsive and inclusive care. Tides job posting
We’re especially interested in clinicians bringing specialty training or experience in areas including:
EMDR
Brainspotting
Disordered Eating
Sport & Performance Psychology
Art Therapy
Couples Therapy
Other Specialized Behavioral Health Services
We’re also interested in people who want to develop groups, workshops, trainings, specialty programs, or community initiatives.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Clinically solid. Curious. Collaborative.
Applicants must hold an active Pennsylvania license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC, or licensed psychologist (PhD/PsyD).

We’re looking for clinicians who are organized, comfortable with documentation and technology, committed to culturally responsive and inclusive care, and interested in being part of a collaborative practice.
You’ll also need to be able to obtain and maintain required Pennsylvania Criminal Background, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances.
1099 + W-2 THERAPIST POSITIONS

Tides of Change offers both 1099 independent contractor and W-2 employee opportunities.
1099 Independent Contractor
70/30 revenue split — clinician receives 70% of collected revenue
Build a part-time or full-time practice with flexible scheduling and autonomy over your caseload. Administrative support, billing, credentialing assistance, marketing, and referral matching are provided.
W-2 Employee
Competitive compensation is based on licensure, experience, and responsibilities, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.
W-2 clinicians receive practice and administrative support along with opportunities for supervision, collaboration, professional development, and participation in specialty programming.
