SELF-GUIDED MENTAL HEALTH SKILLS & COPING PROGRAMS
Resilient Minds Program
Build skills. Find your pace.
Practical mental health support doesn't have to happen entirely inside a therapy session.
Resilient Minds offers therapist-designed activities, structured coping skills, and flexible online learning to help you work through everyday challenges on your own schedule.
Choose independent learning or explore options for additional therapist support.
WHAT IS RESILIENT MINDS?
The work doesn't have to stop between sessions.
Knowing a coping skill and being able to use it when life gets difficult are two different things.
Resilient Minds is a customized, self-guided mental health skills program developed by a Licensed Professional Counselor at Tides of Change Behavioral Health Services.
Through a confidential online portal, you can access therapist-designed activities, reflect on your experiences, and practice practical strategies for managing emotions, thoughts, relationships, and everyday challenges.
The program offers different levels of involvement. You can work independently or choose options that include therapist feedback or additional counseling.
It's a way to keep learning, practicing, and strengthening skills without requiring every step to happen during a traditional weekly therapy appointment.

A Therapy Skills Refresher
You've learned coping strategies before, but some could use revisiting. Resilient Minds gives you an opportunity to return to familiar tools and strengthen how you use them.
Flexible, Self-Paced Learning
You want to explore practical coping skills without committing to weekly counseling sessions. A structured online program offers another way to engage with the material.
Not every concern is appropriate for self-guided support. If you're unsure whether Resilient Minds or individual therapy better fits your needs, the Tides team can help you explore the available options.
