TRAUMA, RELATIONSHIPS & INDIVIDUAL THERAPY FOR ADULTS
Sabrina Wegele, LAPC
Healing doesn’t happen separately from relationship.
Trauma can change the way you relate to yourself, other people, and the world around you. You can find yourself anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from who you used to be, or repeating relationship patterns you understand but don’t quite know how to change.
I work primarily with adults healing from acute and complex trauma, including anxiety, emotional dysregulation, relational wounds, and disruptions to identity and sense of self. I also have experience working with couples and groups.
HOW I WORK
I want therapy to feel grounded, collaborative, and human.
My approach is relational and client-centered. Emotional safety, attunement, and the relationship we build together are an important part of the work.
I primarily practice from a humanistic framework and integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), existential therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based tools based on what fits you.

You are more important than the modality. The tools we use should support the work- not force your experience into a formula.
